Welcome to Run tha Rack with me, CJ. “RTR” involves high volume, high frequency, coupled with overloading and unloading of the targeted muscle group—a concept I like to call “Muscle Confusion.”

My goal is to apply metabolic stress to the muscle group, keeping it guessing each day in the gym to achieve desired results. I’ve crafted a detailed 12-week program to help build strength and sculpt neglected muscles. It’s time to shine!

I aim to provide genuine information to those willing to learn and committed to transforming their bodies and living a healthier lifestyle. In a world filled with information, it’s challenging to discern what’s real versus fake.

    Three weekly sessions lasting one hour each (36 total workouts).
    Receive daily motivational texts.
    Maintain a daily cardio log, including a screenshot of your walk count (for weight loss clients).
    Access a healthy food guide and personalized recommendations aligned with your goals.
    Package 2: Workout-Only Option

    Three one-hour sessions per week.
    Weekly session rate: $150.00.
    Please note there is no meal guide or recommendations included.
    Daily motivational texts are not part of this package.
